Started riding at 16, raced CX MTB and road. Best results was winning Milton Keynes MTB race series and Hull town crits at junior level. 1 of my best experiences was riding the West Common RR.

I was selected for Centre of Excellence then shortly after that started professional drinking and meeting ladies. 20+ years later started riding again. I joined Keep The Beat Cycling and rode coast to coast in a day for charity, then after that started racing again. Joined Ellmore Factory Racing in Sept '14.
